Coaches

Brondell Medina is a professional boxer based in Hong Kong, of Filipino descent. He was born and raised in Hong Kong and was actively involved in sports from a young age, with basketball being his primary interest during his early years. He competed as a player in the HKBA Premier League at the U16 level and also took part in multiple 3×3 tournaments under Shooter Basketball Club.

After completing high school, he took up boxing, which provided him with a clearer sense of direction. The sport contributed to his personal development, helping him build discipline, confidence, and focus.

Brondell had competed as an amateur boxer and decided to pursue professional boxing soon afterwards. He has been a professional minimumweight boxer since 2025 and is currently signed with Verano Promotions. He also works as a coach at Verano Boxing Club, where he balances his own competitive career with training others.
